Hi, I didn't have any issues with motel 6 until today, I have been staying there for 2-3 months now. Yesterday I payed for a room online through motel 6 but I was told that motel 6 online you can only make reservations not payments through the app. So i received a phone call from my room from the manager evon at the front desk and she let me know can i redo my payment because motel 6 didn't take my payment online. So over the phone she took my card info and let me know my purchase for the room was confirmed and payed for. Today I go in the office and she let me know that my payment wasn't authorized from yesterday the room payment. She told me that she made a mistake and it was so busy that she thought she confirm the payment and she didn't. All day yesterday I'm thinking it was payed for because she confirmed my payment went through. Evon made me and my family leave also proceeded to take my payment for today's reservation and use it for yesterday because she made a mistake as a manger. I feel as a manger of the private property it was very unprofessional she made a mistake on her part and wants me to pay for it instead of keeping me happy as a customer and make me pay half of the room or take a lost like she said she was. I don't feel comfortable with the way she handle things with my family and making us leave. Their is a history of payments besides 3-4th because she made a mistake

Yesterday my stay was horrible with the manager personally. The manager ivon made a mistake and didn't charge me for the room but confirmed that I payed for the room. The purchase of the room was removed from my account! She wants me to pay Again for a room that she didn't charge me for on her end but the payment went through from my account. Also she mentioned she made a mistake saying she was busy during the purchase, that people were in and out of the front office during the time she confirmed my payment. As a manager she said she will take the lost it was a mistake on her end and put me and my family out. If the mistake was a lost than we shouldn't have to leave. This is the first encounter I've had with motel 6 I've always purchased rooms from this private hotel until this incident. We payed the room today the purchase went through and she is now using that payment for yesterday's mistake on her end once more. Very unprofessional and that will be the last time me and my family stay at that unfit hotel.
