The first room the gave me had roaches and was dirty so I asked for a new room and the second room they gave me had no electricity. I communicated this to the desk and the remote worker. Both rooms smelled like cigarettes. The room next door had a dog. There was no staff or security overnight and many people roaming the property. Many people were living in the hotel which did not make it ideal for short term stays.

My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxing.
