Breakfast station was great many options. parking lot was safe I felt comfortable leaving my car there but what I like the most was everything was within walk-in distance from shopping stores to restaurants.

I’m tired of doing the survey when property management/owners don’t take note of the things they need to fix. The hotel is outdated and needs updating. They pay no attention to what’s needed. No hand bars in the regular bathrooms, no mat for a slippery tub. Pillows so old they feel like rocks. The couches are so broken down you can’t get up out of them.

Hotel doesn’t routinely address damage and wear.

They take 100$ deposit presumably for damages to the room and when we get to the room it already has damage. Air conditioners falling apart with on piece sitting on top. Blinds difficult to open and even worse to shut. Toilet seat loose. No bars of any kind in shower and corner shelf missing. Questionable anti slip in tub no mat provided. Mildew in shower caulking. Fan light doesn’t work and neither does the speed control for the fan, Despite asking for the room to be serviced both at check in and in the morning, it was not provided. Overall not satisfied and won’t be back.
