"I experienced two major issues during my stay. First, the hair dryer was out of order and did not work at all. Second, there was a severe noise coming from the bathtub in my room in the middle of the night that lasted for nearly an hour, making it impossible to sleep. Even when I tried to contact the front desk, I couldn't get any assistance because no staff was available."

Excellent service! Room was clean and spa and pool were upkept. The only complaint I have is the next room was loud and obnoxious all night and I could not sleep. Otherwise, the property and hot tub were excellent for the price.
