First room the door didn’t work, had to move us to another room, the pool was green, there were no lightbulbs in the light fixtures and the tv did not turn on. We were desperate for 1 night stay on our drive to Vegas so we just dealt with it. Would not stay again.

Dirty floors, sheets had not been changed. Our "non-smoking" room smelled like the last guests were chain smokers. When we left our clothes smelled liked cigarette smoke.

When we checked in.. hairs still in the shower tub, used cup in between night stand and bed. When we came back at night, there was a crime scene with yellow tape wrapped around.

We stayed for a nights. The place can definitely use some more attention to cleanliness. There's trash surrounding the pool. The trash cans were over filling both days. No room service. They kept $20 for a stained towel. Not very likely to book here again.

The front desk staff was nice and you can tell they are trying to keep the place up, but... the first room they gave me I had to move out of. The A/C was so loud, it sounded like heavy machinery when you turned it on. They moved me to a different room and everything was fine, but the TV didn't work. Nice shower/water pressure, room was clean, and it the area was quiet. I would say it's definitely not a 3 star, more like 2.

For starters no pool, no vending machine, no on the go breakfast, no coffee, no fireplace, no lobby and I saw a description for an elevator, .... That wasn't there either. I'm giving 1 star for the review 1 star for the somewhat neat looking room .5 for ice machine and .5 for the polite managers.

Horrible experience check in was at 3pm not 2pm as stated in my reservation. Yet I had to wait until 3:30 because the owner said he was waiting for his son. The room was extremely dirty from bed sheets to the floor and shower. I've never stayed in a room so disgusting. I ended up staying at a family members house because of how dirty it was.i probably would of been better off at a Motel 6.

There was a drug addict living in the parking lot that would roam at crazy hours of the night , def don’t recommend if you’re a women traveling alone or with kids . Also the rooms were dirty with hair in the shower , floor , toilets not flushed

The room was horrible roaches crawling on the floor and I see why big gap under the door. Fridge didn’t work opened it up and smelled like death. People living in a car in the parking lot. I couldn’t even get a good night sleep. The only reason I booked is because I was on my way back to Vegas and there was a storm. I wish I had slept in my car and saved my money.

Cockroaches running around inside the room at night TV didn’t work. . The bed was really itchy the clothes hanger was missing nowhere to hang your clothes or jacket. The toilet was dirty. The outside was even worse. I will never stay there again not even for free.
