The B&B is a fascinating property that operates on a trust basis with guests checking themselves into a communal home. The building is large house separated into individual rooms with shared amenities such as the two kitchens and bathrooms. Parking is a challenge with limited spaces and room to maneuver, If you measure your expectations, it's a convenient, safe, and clean option for travelers to the area.

Ted and Lauren make sure that you are taken care of. Finding where to park was a little tricky, but once youre there, you will not be disappointed. For someone looking to visit Victoria but save on the accommodations, this is an excellent option. If you go for the shared bathroom option, you will only be sharing your bathroom with one other room, so its still relatively private. The owners are incredibly sweet, and when I come back to Victoria I will be booking again here.

A beautiful property with a very friendly host. We never had the breakfast for the two days we stayed as our schedule was tight. But the host always asked if we would like breakfast every day. Very kind people and patient.

The hosts were great, the breakfast satisfying, and the view spectacular! We stayed two nights both of which were restless. The room had light blinds that let the rising sun fill the room at 5:00 am. The bed was exceedingly soft and difficult to find comfortable, and a separate bathroom that was down the hall was cramped even as it was well equipped. We would not stay here again, but it was definitely well cared for and the owners were invested in our stay.

Staying with Ted and Lauren was an absolute delight. Some of the reviews are false and very misleading. If you took the time to read the policy before entering the home you'll know you have to enter through the garage and change into a clean slippers which I know are clean because I seen them washing them myself. The house is very quiet and the views are unbelievable yes there was a small dog but again if you read the policy before renting you will know that. The breakfast is included and yes it is the same everyday but you don't have to cook it so I complain about it. Its a delicious filling breakfast.

The hosts were friendly and the property was clean. I was surprised at how many rooms this place had. We had our own bathroom thankfully but most rooms shared with one other. Slippers are provided. The outdoor area has some very nice views The house itself is older and I think there are some renovations that are needed. Things are looking old and run down and had a musty smell overall. A lot of noise from other guests, no parties but literally just conversation. The walls are thin. Small dog on site. Very friendly but just goes anyplace she likes. Some people may not like that. Breakfast was 8:30am and the same thing is served each day. 1 fresh croissant, 1 egg, 1 potato wrapped in bacon and some fried veggies. Also came with a small bowl of fruit with yogurt on top. Tea and coffee. Second helpings were not offered. The strangest thing to me was that the side door to the home is left unlocked 24/7. I realize this is easier but a keypad really should be installed here.

lovely views. breakfast ok-same every day but they dont ask how you want your eggs ,had to ask for jam portions small. no refills. communication difficult as english is not the hosts native tongue. short on pillows and when we asked for an extra one were told yes but never received one. parking a bit tricky down the driveway. 10 rooms for guests with hosts upstairs who were up at 4am walking about. wouldnt stay here again polite but not welcoming or warm
