Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• Minimum Check-In Age: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.

• Identification & Payment: A government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

• Parking Details: Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. Garage clearance is 6 feet 6 inches; RVs, boats, and trailers cannot be accommodated.

• Air Conditioning: Air conditioning is not available at the resort.

• Internet: In-suite Wi-Fi is available for a fee. Shared computer internet access may be available in the lobby.

• Pool Hours & Safety: Pools and the hot tub are generally open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No lifeguards are on duty. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. Please follow posted pool rules.

• Renovation Notice: Interior renovations are scheduled for October 1 through December 31, 2026. Noise, dust, odors, and work crews may be present; dates are subject to change.

• Hot Water Notice: Routine hot tub cleaning in penthouse suites may cause a delay in hot water on check-in day.

House Rules / Policies

• Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is not permitted at the resort.

• No Pets: Pets are not permitted. Qualified service animals trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome under the resort's policy; emotional-support, therapy, comfort, and companion animals are not accepted.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
