Truck window got smashed and broken into. Also the front desk didn’t give a receipt to me and when I called in they said they can’t email it to me. Not impressed. Otherwise the hotel room is really nice.

Room was very clean and linens ans pillow choices were top notch. Had great coffee and actual creamer in the fridge. Property was immaculate and location was great. Only comlaint is it is warm and i had to sleep with the door open and it was very noisy

Coffee maker was crap. The coffee pods were more like tea bags and the water didn't even go through the pods, did not fill the cup either, was only half a cup. No matter what I did it was the same, get rid of those "coffee makers", they don't make coffee.

The Parkside Hotel offered more than we could have imagined! The photos don't do it justice, specifically the pool, which our entire family enjoyed every day for several hours. It was a great place for our children, with little amenities such as a Lego display and free hot chocolate every afternoon. The staff was kind and we very much preferred the location to being right off of the ferry terminal. Our room was a one bedroom and it was just perfect. Thanks to the Parkside Hotel!

Beautiful rooms, large balcony, lovely property grounds. Would definitely stay again. The only issue was both kids had a bit of a skin reaction from the pool. Thank you for the hospitality

I have been staying at the Parkside for quite some time now. Also. Doing all my booking through Expedia. Which I was going to stop and book directly with the hotel. However now I’m not sure which is any better. Neither seems any more beneficial I was definitely not in the suite that I picked and paid for originally on the booking through Expedia. When I got there and checked in the hotel changed me into a smaller room (floor2) not the park view like I booked but inside view of buildings. One up from the pet floor. Which probably would have been more quieter. My room then proceeded to be right across from the elevator which prevented no sleep for 2 days listening to the continual beep and loud dinging over and over as it made stops all day and night. Parkside has always been my go to. I have been living in it for a while and then many stays before. However the last 2 times previous(the heat never worked) They know they’re a good and a decent hotel and can charge big money and people keep coming back. People are also forgiving so they over look these small “little things” and Parkside gets away with them. I was not offered any reconcile for errors. Over time after you spend thousands and thousands of dollars in their hotel it gets disappointing and exhausting. Becomes now inexcusable and annoying where I have to write this. It’s nice they have a kitchen though.
