Its a lovely stay. The suites are perfect with a full kitchen. Very walkable, close to the waterfront but far enough away to be quiet...except for the seagulls...which I'm pretty sure the hotel staff can't control! A perfect stay!!

Excellent option in the heart of Victoria Harbor

Very nice check in procedure and upgraded room. The bed was only a queen size, which is unfortunate. A larger bed would have been better. Very nice. I booked a room for next week at this hotel.

I would have given the property 5 stars on all elements. The issue was there is no A/C in the rooms ( I would have been better off sleeping in the hallway) the first night was awful to sleep and even stay in the room The property did supply 1 small fan for the bedroom until I called and got a second send up. The living room did have a bigger portable A/C but it was still hot in the room I did talk to staff and they were very understanding and tried to help rectify the situation. Several of the staff did comment that The GM likes it hot so what we have for fans is all they have on-site

We love this hotel and stay here on visits to Victoria at least twice each year. Great location, rooms, bistro and vibes. For some reason both the front desk and the bistro are almost always understaffed. So service suffers and people can wait for 20 minutes to get their room key, and longer to get their meal. This is the fault of management, not individual staff. Management could easily put someone on the front desk at all times, and hire a bartender and/or waiters to keep things moving. We’ll check again next time….
