The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and provided good customer services. The room was a bit dated. Also, access to the tube/shower was a bit challenging to climb in and out of.

Staff was very friendly and courteous, one of our rooms was beautiful. The second room (basement suite style) was okay. The toilet didn’t flush every other attempt, and next to the toilet was a large hole in the wall, with peeling flooring and an overall questionable looking bathtub. There were also a lot of spiders! Large ones in nearly every corner of the room, one even crawled on my leg as I sat on the couch! Other than that, interesting property with private and unique rooms.

Large, clean room, nicely furnished. Well-equipped kitchen. The patio would be lovely in the summer when the sun is shining. Great access to the Songhees walking trail along the shore into downtown. Excellent food at Spinnakers. Note that persons with mobility issues would have difficulty using the shower in this room because one has to get into the deep jacuzzi tub to use the shower.

Nice location but tired decor, bed was uncomfortable and shower tricky. Bed creaked and sloped to cente. Shower high pressure , straightdown and curtains cling to you.

We ended up being upgraded from a room to a suite! Our suite was lovely, a large seating area and a little patio. Most of the suite has been recently renovated, but they hadn't gotten to the bathroom yet. We had a wonderful stay!

Code-controlled gates into guest houses area were damaged to the point of being useless = zero security. Repairs needed to holes in wall beside tub and to vanity doors falling off. Boardwalk between pub & guest houses slippery++ Need safety treads.
