Building amenities include secure underground parking and access to a shared roof deck with a BBQ.

Mermaid Wharf is located in Chinatown, Victoria's historic Old Town. Explore the hidden alleyways and cobblestone streets of Old Town to discover its hidden gems, breweries, vintage stores, and second-hand shops... all steps away from Mermaid Wharf.
