The staff are all friendly and accomodating, from the front desk, maintenance to the lady that arranges free breakfast. Although we did not use the complementary use of electric bike that is a plus for Robinhood. They also give complementary use of the shuttle but they did not give us the favor because of time constraint.

Robin Hood motel

Booked a small queen room, received a free upgrade to a suite, with kitchen. Not that we needed a kitchen, but was a nice gesture. Continental breakfast was included, thus was good for us as we were going out and about in Victoria.

This is not a high end hotel, however, it is extremely clean, comfortable and the room was spacious. The free parking was a bonus and the location was perfect for our needs with easy access to shopping and the University. We even utilized the e-bikes to explore the nearby Galloping Goose Trail which lovely!

Close enough to down down for all the tourist attractions but far enough away to get caught up in the tourist attractions .. if you get my drift. The breakfast option was incredible!. The rooms were clear and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even have ebike you can use.

Nice place

Although the outside of the hotel needs an update, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. The free electric bikes were a huge benefit for getting around Victoria. They also have free kayaks.
