For the price, it is a reasonable hotel. Nothing fancy. They have a small lobby. The bed was comfy. The staff were helpful and accomodating.

The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable bed and clean. The hotel lobby, elevators and hallways are very dated. The front desk staff were very pleasant. This hotel served our purpose because we were not wanting to spend any time at the hotel other than to sleep. It was the most reasonable hotel in Victoria.

The room was newly renovated with kitchenette contained everything one needs for long stay. The bathroom has a large countertop which i really like , it is not applicable for every hotel. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. The service was resumed after Covid, so everuthing to your convenience. The people at front desk were really nice and kind. They let me to keep my luggage for 6 hourse after check out in a hotel storage room. Special thank you to Kerry and all of the staff is nice and polite. I will recommend this hotel in Uptown Victoria to everyone and will stay myself here on my next visit.

Our stay was pleasant. Cleaning staff is great. Concierges didn’t acknowledge us when we came and went, but were helpful when we had questions. The pool towels are small—the shower towels were bigger. All in all, it was fine. You get what you pay for.
