The room was newly renovated with kitchenette contained everything one needs for long stay. The bathroom has a large countertop which i really like , it is not applicable for every hotel. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. The service was resumed after Covid, so everuthing to your convenience. The people at front desk were really nice and kind. They let me to keep my luggage for 6 hourse after check out in a hotel storage room. Special thank you to Kerry and all of the staff is nice and polite. I will recommend this hotel in Uptown Victoria to everyone and will stay myself here on my next visit.

Our stay was pleasant. Cleaning staff is great. Concierges didn’t acknowledge us when we came and went, but were helpful when we had questions. The pool towels are small—the shower towels were bigger. All in all, it was fine. You get what you pay for.

Staff was nice and the room was decent but the hotel is located in a sketchy area. I was extremely nervous of my car being broken into as I was warned by multiple staff and there are signs everywhere not to leave valuables in your car. I parked it so I could see it from my room. I didn’t get any sleep as I kept looking outside as I could see numerous people coming off the galloping goose trail looking into my car and one guy O.D. beside my car and threw up everywhere.

The staff were amazing going overboard to help when I had booked wrong found a way for us to stay on a Saturday night. So kind and gracious, I’d return or recommend them to friends. A good place to stay and convenient to everything in Victoria.
