The staff(Chris) was amazing. He was very welcoming. He was calm. He was extremely helpful. We were able to walk to the Uptown mall for coffee and breakfast and a bit of shopping. It was close to our sons work.

Room was modern and very clean. Beds were also very comfortable. Overall a 5 star rating except for the Elevator door was very slow closing only on the way up. No discounts available at the attached pub and restaurant

Our stay this time was due to Short Time Stay, at Royal Jubilee Hospital. It was economical, clean, and close to the Royal Jubilee in an emergency. The only problem for me was the height of the beds, but a step stool did take care of that issue. I am told it is now a standard rule with Workers Comp. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
