The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The lady making and serving breakfast was fantastic and helpful. The room however wasn't clean. There was old candy under the lounge chair and grime in the tub I washed out. The bed was very hard and not in a firm mattress way, in an old mattress sort of way. The pillows were too squishy (down filled?) and it was hard to get comfortable. There's a light that runs along the back of the headboard that kept flickering on after we shut the switch off. We called the front desk and they came and unplugged it from under the bed. It was a known issue apparently so why they haven't disabled these lights beforehand is a bit confusing. It was late by the time we fixed it and I imagine most people wouldn't notice until it's time for bed. The pool was a great temperature but there was a lot of hair in it. It wasn't a very clean hotel. There's only one elevator that took a long time and they even put up a notice for guests to use the stairs. But I noticed the staff needed access to the elevator a lot. Cleaning staff should not have to go up and down floors to access what they need imo. Everything should be on the floor they're cleaning. Especially since the sign is asking guests to use the stairs during high traffic times.

Hi I appreciate the staff at the property as they are warm and welcoming. The escalator needs to be updated as it’s slow and jerky. The gym is tiniest ever😅 Overall a great stay

This is an awesome hotel for business and personal travel. Clean, great service and a great location within walking distance to restaurants. Spacious rooms, decent express breakfast and lots of complementary parking. This will be my go-to hotel in Langford.

Gym looked well equipped, but we did not use the facility. Breakfast choices were excellent, but my husband found the hot food offered was not hot enough. Pancake machine was a great hit. The front desk staff were outstanding, very busy with demands from clientele but always pleasant and accommodating.

The continental breakfast and the lady working there was delicious, lots of choices and she was very friendly and helpful. A negative, most (not all) the housekeeping staff were very unfriendly, and as there is only one elevator for the building, you see them a lot. Beds very comfy, room and bathroom very nice and clean.
