The first night we were there, there was a lot of kids running up and down the halls which i told reception, which her talk with them didnt overly help as it still continued. Your hotel advertises that all rooms are sound proofed which is a lie as far as i am concerned considering we had to phone the front desk and complain about the noise coming from the room next to us. The noise from the room beside us happened twice. Also the claning of the tables at breakfast coule have been better as i had to grab the bottle and napkins to clean a table we wanted to sit at. All tables were dirty.

The young lady at the front desk handled any requests we had promptly. We have twin 1 year olds and holiday in accommodated us with two cribs so we didn’t need to pack along ours from home which is a major help as a parent. Room was incredible! Huge and suited our family well. Great stay thank you.
