Front desk and cleaning staff are all helpful and friendly. Only a couple of minutes from the Inner Harbour. Rooms are a comfortable size. Can't think of anything they could do better.

We had a wonderful stay here during our Victoria trip. The staff were friendly and warm. The location is near downtown, and it’s close to many major attractions and bus stations.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was bigger than expected with everything I would need if I wasn’t already planning to eat out. You could totally have a long term stay here in a perfect location. One of the best parts was the huge park beside with lots of trails. It was like in a Monet painting and peacocks walk around freely :)

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and have been pleased in both occasions. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. Staff are helpful . The only thing which is a bit of an issue, is the number of parking spaces that are available at different times of the day, on their property. Having said that, the other night when nothing was vacant, they gave us a coupon to cover the cost of parking in a nearby lot. I would highly TW ommend Helm’s Inn.
