The locations is perfect view of the harbour, walking distance around the tourist spots and downtown victoria. Amazing very helpful staff, the check in was smooth and was able to leave our bags to the front desk after checking out so no hassle for us moving around the city.

The hotel kept me updated about my stay prior to arrival, checked in with me during my visit, and thanked me for choosing them at checkout. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help when needed. Their excellent customer service made for a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
