Needs improvement on cleanliness. The fan in the room was dusty, the water reservoir for the coffee machine had gunk in the filter,(never used it) atleast there was free coffee at the desk. the air vent in the bathroom was dirty, and the worst part was there were strands of hair sticking on the bathroom wall. Location wise, it was good.

This was a great location for walking around Victoria. The only problem with our room was a step up to get into the bathroom. Could be dangerous at night. But they had great nightlights.

This is our second stay, the first being in May 2024. The hotel is conveniently located and has had recent room upgrades. The grounds and parking lot are well maintained. The rooms have had renovations and although cleaning is on a “by request” basis, the cleaning staff on the floor always asked us when we passed if there was anything we needed. Would stay again.

I liked the location of the hotel, it is clean, close to the islands and attractions. There is coffee, tea and water for free. There is an iron, kettle and coffee machine in the room.

Mix feeling

Good experience with the check in, friendly staff at the reception. Fridge was leaking, response was good, but replacement fridge did not fit so was left sticking full out, was told this would be fix the next day, never was. Bathroom, old, some mold or dark spot on the walls, the other walls you can see drywall patches , not really inventing.

Great location and very clean

Hotel staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Hotel is in great location across from the harbour with lots of parking, never an issue finding a spot even on long weekend. Pool and hot tub looked very clean. Poop did not open until 10am which was disappointing. Hotel is very dated but hotel staff work very hard in keeping it clean and maintained. Would stay here again without hesitation
