Just a short walk from downtown Victoria, our brand new and custom-built home provides you the perfect balance of privacy, comfort and convenience.

The Space
Your private room is spacious and elegant. Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment featuring a Weber BBQ, custom fire table, massive umbrella, Lazy Boy couches, and Royal Botania sun loungers. The location of this property is excellent. The hosts are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The check in process was perfect and the property is very new and nicely appointed. Very quiet room. Immaculate furnishings and brand new. The place was beautiful, great location to downtown. Fridge did not have a freezer and no place for ice or ice packs but we navigated that just fine. Hosts responded to any questions immediately. No complaints and we would absolutely stay again!!
