Located in Cadboro Bay Village, Just minutes from UVic, the beach, and local shops. Recently the guest house has been reimagined with an ocean-and-wave theme, feeling like a seaside cave — calm, artistic, and full of character. It’s ideal for UVic visitors, students’ families, and professors, with easy access to beaches, cafés, and downtown Victoria.

The space
Our cozy guest house accommodates up to two people . The kitchenette allows you to make your own coffee and tea . Groceries, cafés, restaurants, and even hairdresser/spa services are just steps away. Free parking is available along the fence for your convenience.

The guests will also be able to access the laundry room and feel free to sit in the backyard . I will happily provide you with anything else you might need.

Very charming space, creatively decorated. Space was nicely self-contained and close to shopping, cafes, beach and many walking opportunities. Our host was very welcoming and hospitable.
