As a longer stay guest the suite is equipped with cleaning supplies, vacuum and broom.

The unit has A/C throughout.

The bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and features ample closet space to accommodate longer term stays.

The bathroom has a tub and shower.
Complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body washer are provided to get you started on your stay.

The living room has an open concept layout and features a contemporary fireplace made of natural stone. The space is styled with eligant furniture and decor. Stream your favourite apps on the Smart TV.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and dine in.

There is a beautiful desk and strong WiFi for those guests working mobile.

The dining table accommodates up to 4 guests.

The in-suite laundry includes a standard size washer/dryer. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided to get you started on your stay.

The patio is located just off the living room and offers an indoor outdoor living experience with deluxe outdoor furniture.

The suite is not suitable for young children.
No smoking, vaping or cannabis use in the suite or on the deck.

Guests will access the suite through the lobby entrance, located at the front of the building.

There is an elevator in the building.

Upon arrival, guest will park their vehicle in front of the building. Once guests have the key/fob from the suite, guests will move their vehicle to the underground parking.

The suite is managed by a vacation home property management company.

Guest will correspond with a member from guest services through their booking channel.

This is not a pet friendly suite.

If the fob is lost, the guest will be responsible to pay $100 to replace
