Vicksburg is all about the Civil War and you couldn’t ask for a better place than the Inn at Cedar Grove. Meals were excellent and the Staff were attentive. The Inn could use further renovations but not a huge issue given its age and use. Lots of history within the Inn itself.

The Inn at Cedar Grove was a beautiful place to stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The owner greeted us at dinner and was very nice. The room was fantastic. We got to stay in the Grant Suite, so the history speaks for itself. The room and the bed were very comfortable.

Everything about this inn is FANTASTIC! From the Owner/Operator Kendra Reed, to the staff, to the antique furnished room, free tour of this historic house, the grounds, the provided breakfast, to the excellent restaurant on the premises. I want to come back with my girlfriend as I am traveling solo this trip! You can’t go wrong staying here.
