The coffee service in the room left a lot to be desired. The coffee in the lobby was slightly better. I would prefer better coffee and more fresh fruit than the sugary sweets offered. However, they're on par with their competitors who offer similar condiments.

The property is a bit dated but overall nice. The room was very quiet which is very important to us. Only issue I saw was in the lobby there is a very open sign saying NO PETS. When I was going back to the elevator to return the luggage cart 3 people walk out of the elevator with a big dog.

Excellent check in. Good Desk Clerk on duty. The first floor including the lobby was warm at check in and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, not a huge selection. It was the first time that I’ve seen ham on the buffet. Getting back on I20 eastbound is a tricky process. Check the gps for a good routing.

The room did have a smell that wasn’t pleasant, and the back door wouldn’t open from the outside so people kept leaving rocks and towels there to come and go which is a safety hazard. Other than that breakfast was nice, beds were comfy, and staff was super friendly and nice
