Historic Speak Easy Loft with Water Views in Downtown Vicksburg

River View Loft in Historic Downtown Vicksburg, Ms. This one of a kind Loft boasts over 1700 sq. ft. of original wide planked wood floors, brick walls and wood beam ceilings. It overlooks the Yazoo Diversion Canal to the West ( living area) and the east end (bedroom ) faces the Old Court House and Historic Downtown. This building dates back to the 1800's and was used as an old speakeasy in the roaring 20's. It features a huge private King Suit with custom headboard. Attached is a walk-in closet with laundry and on- suite bath with a large two- person jacuzzi tub with rain shower. The main living area is an open concept kitchen and living room with a guest bath which includes an old cast iron tub. We have tried to keep many of the originals features of this space while providing modern comforts. Please note that the loft is up two flights of stairs.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a rainfall showerhead. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
