Nestling in the heart of the secure Marina Lodge residence, this charming 52 m² villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It has two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with a 140 cm double bed, a 140 cm sofa bed and a single bunk bed, ideal for families or stays with friends. Make the most of its large, shaded wooden terrace and 96m2 private garden. The communal swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September. Just 400 m from La Farinette beach and the lively shops of Vias Plage, this is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

The flat includes 1 private parking space at the entrance to the residence, closed by an electric gate.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddling, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Neighborhood
The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly. In summer, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool.

## Transit
By train: Vias train station is 1 km from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
A deposit of €400 is required on arrival.
Travellers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed and bath linen kits can be booked for €10 per person.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can carry it out for you for a fixed price of €100 including tax.
Cleaning obligatory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
