## Space
This charming 41 m² air-conditioned villa has been designed to offer comfort and conviviality all year round. It comprises a bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table, ideal for sharing meals with family and friends. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a shower cubicle and washbasin, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available in the kitchen to make your stay easier.

At night, the villa has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed, plus a cosy mezzanine with a BZ sofa of the same size, offering extra sleeping space.

Outside, you'll enjoy a small private garden and a south-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing and taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate. An ideal setting for a relaxing, sunny holiday.

## Access
The flat has a parking space in the gated "Romarines 1" residence.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is completely enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-oriented.

## Transit
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
