We received about 12 emails about the check-in despite having answered the first message. We were not able to access the apartment with the code. Thankfully someone came rapidly. Apparently the batteries in the lock needed to be changed. It was a nice apartment with lots of space and the welcome bottle of rosé was a nice attention. Overall the stay was fine. Just frustrated with the check-in process.
