Within a short ten-minute walk, you'll find the picturesque Ponte Pietra, Verona's oldest bridge, and ascending to Castel San Pietro will treat you to a breathtaking view of Verona from above.The apartment, bright and cozy, is spread over two levels and overlooks a delightful square rich in colors. Taking the elevator to the second floor, you'll find the main entrance and a spiral staircase leading to the third floor, where the master bedroom and full bathroom with shower are located. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with a kitchenette, dining table, and comfortable double sofa bed. The numerous windows surrounding the room offer panoramic views of Verona's rooftops, making the apartment bright and inviting.The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and is perfect for a romantic getaway for couples or a pleasant trip with family or friends.Regarding parking, we recommend the Arsenale public parking located at Via Alfredo Cappellini, 2, which is a short distance from the apartment.For your comfort, we adhere to regional regulations regarding heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year. Transit in the restricted traffic zone is prohibited.

Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€3.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€65) is required.

At check-in, a damage deposit of €150 will be requested via credit card.

After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.
