Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Room was tidy clean and had services needed for a short stay. Close to railway station. The property did let me bag drop earlier which was great, but hadn’t replied to messages about it so had no idea if i could or how to do it. Especially when codes to access security gates didn't work until check in time. Made planning my day in Verona hard. Comfy bed and quiet area.
