The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, providing a roomy retreat after a day of exploring. Two additional bedrooms each contain a queen bed, creating cozy personal spaces for family or friends. Two full bathrooms serve the group, with an ensuite attached to the master suite and a second bathroom positioned in the hallway for shared use.



Outdoor living

Step outside to your private pool, ideal for a refreshing dip at any time of day. The fully screened‑in patio features comfortable lounge seating, perfect for sipping morning coffee or watching the sunset. A fenced backyard adds extra privacy, and a charcoal BBQ grill invites you to fire up a casual dinner under the stars.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless‑steel appliances—refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher—plus a Keurig coffee machine ready for your favorite brew. An open‑concept dining area provides ample room for meals together, whether you’re sharing a quick snack or a home‑cooked feast.



Indoor comfort

High‑speed Wi‑Fi and a Smart TV keep you connected and entertained, while air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and room‑darkening shades ensure a restful stay. Free parking on the property adds convenience for guests arriving by car.

Nestled in the heart of Vero Beach, the home is just a short drive from South Beach Park and Downtown Vero Beach, placing you within easy reach of boutique shops, restaurants, and local culture. McKee Botanical Gardens lies only five minutes away, offering tranquil walks among lush landscapes. The famed white‑sand beaches of Florida’s Atlantic coast are also a quick trip, promising sun, surf, and shoreline relaxation.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Roughly a 13-min drive to the beach - 7-min to McKee Botanical Gardens - 8-min to Downtown Vero Beach



Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood where everyone tends to keep to themselves. There is an older pup next door that you'll hear bark to say 'hello' from time to time. You'll have the driveway to park, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
