The house was in a fantastic location - just a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Owners were extremely responsive when we needed to contact with questions. Our one suggestion would be to declutter the kitchen as it was difficult to navigate all the stuffed cupboards and drawers.

This place was the perfect location for us, as we had family in the area. The layout worked really well for us because we have a young son. The location was also great because we direct access to the beach and only minutes from downtown Vero. We would stay here again.

Wabasso Beach family retreat

The home is beautiful and a great getaway for our family with kids. You have the option of going to the private beach or the public beach that has lifeguards which was nice for a busy mom at the beach. The home is secluded, quiet and just a lovely retreat. The owners are responsive and attentive to details in their home, which made the trip and so enjoyable.

Great stay

It was a last minute getaway and we were lucky to find this place. It's nestled into a Florida tropical landscape. Neighbors were super friendly. House was comfortable and had everything you need, even had complimentary bottle of wine (loved it). Short walk to the beach. Best part was the EV charger for our car!

Our family (4 adults and one infant) had a lovely stay at this home. The set-up was perfect for us. The large kitchen and dining area were wonderful. Unfortunately, we did not get much use of the screened-in porch because it was too cold out, but it looked very nice. The kitchen accessories could be cleaned out so there is less clutter.

Perfect beach house getaway

First class experience. Gorgeous setting and two blocks to sand. Lots of privacy for two couples in the home with great gathering areas to play cards, do puzzles, and dine. We loved the screened in porch and secluded back yard. Really pretty home with everything we needed.

I love this house. It was clean, and the place was spacious, as advertised. The beds were comfy. The beach is about five minutes walk from the house, which was something I was looking for. The only thing I will improve is the entry and backyard doors, which are a bit hard to close. I highly recommend it.

So enjoyed our stay in this tastefully appointed and restful home ideal for gathering. The canopy of trees and landscaping transported us to a junglelike park. The home was awesomely air-conditioned and oh so comfortable and refreshing after walks and beach. Even a charger for our hybrid!! We stayed here to visit with friends (a young couple and their two children, 7 and 9.) The layout was ideal with a beautiful master suite and luxurious bathroom. They had their own wing and two bathrooms plus office space. Lighting throughout is wonderfully set up with dimmers and artful chandeliers. Living room has cozy couch for conversation and reading. Kitchen has huge oven, great stove, utensils, drawers of spices, toaster, 3 ways to make coffee, huge island for meal prep and gathering/ seating. The dining table (seating for 8) was our hub for games, coloring books, conversation, and long lingering meals. So enjoyed the fire pit for hotdogs and marshmallows to make s’mores. Just bring mosquito spray. It was too hot for us to use the screened in porch (heat index 105-110°F during our visit) but it has lovely seating, ceiling fan, lighting, and large dining table. Floors were easy to keep clean with the roomba for a daily sweep. The clean private beach is a 5 min stroll away and beautiful. Just to know, the stairs down to beach are steep and one in our group had difficulty with them. We so enjoyed our stay. And the neighbors we met were lovely to

A bit of old Florida...great for dogs!

A dear friend and I brought our little dogs to Vero Beach to get out of the harsh Vermont winter. This rental was perfect. Owners are the managers and they were SUPER responsive. Highly recommend. Beach is also very dog friendly. Like a little bit of "old Florida" which is harder and harder to find these days.

Great place to hang out with family

This property was equipped with just about every kitchen item you would need, we even found and used a waffle maker. We spent most of our time on the screened patio, but after dark also enjoyed the smart TV which was ROKU based. No local channels, but there were apps for YOUTUBE TV and our cable provider as wells as apps for everything we could use. We had minor issues with lighting which Chase responded to and dealt with including ordering and having delivered 2 new lamps. We did wish we had instructions for the 2 thermostats, but managed to figure them out. All in all we had a great time.
