Florida's Perfect Hideaway for Tennis or Non-tennis Players

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Tennis Villa is located on the barrier island of Vero Beach which has been dubbed the "Hamptons of Florida". It is situated in Sea Oaks - a gated tennis and beach club community with 16 har-tru tennis courts, Pickleball courts, pro shop, tennis porch with casual restaurant and bar, Beach Club, marina, gym, private beach (a very short walk from the Tennis Villa) and pools, all within lush surroundings with a tropical feel. Take the bikes for a ride, head over to the Disney Vero resort, watch for sea turtles on the beach, or relax on the lanai.

The ground floor Tennis Villa is beautifully and comfortably decorated and features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry room with washer and dryer.

You can stay busy from morning until night-time without leaving the Sea Oaks property but there is so much to explore in the surrounding area such as boutiques, manatee or dolphin watching, kayaking on the river, pontoon boat tours, art galleries, live music, citrus farms, plenty of unique restaurants, and much much more.

Once your booking is confirmed we will email you an application and waiver that Sea Oaks requires you to fill out and submit to them by mail along with a check for $100 ($75.00 lease application to SOPOA and $25.00 lease application to Sea Oaks House) plus 25.68/night Sea Oaks activity fee.

Gentle Peace and Quiet

Paradise in the palms

This was a beautifully maintained place amongst the palms. Very well equipped kitchen. A very doable walk to the beach, the pool nearest the condo never felt crowded. The only complaint I have is the one night there were guests above us, we heard EVERY step they took, EVERY time they moved furniture. Obviously, not the owners fault.
