I requested a pet friendly room as I travel with a service animal. At check in they demanded $30 for a pet fee. Even after I explained the federal guidelines on service animals, they still required I pay. Couch had rips. Door had space around it. Floors were were coming off the wall. Bugs in the bathroom.
