Clean, wonderful staff in all areas, food was great and so were the drinks. Had dinner in Sand Bar and breakfast in Black Fin restaurants. Both outstanding. Tanya at the Black Fin was a rock star. Room in resort was clean and perfect. Made for a wonderful stay.

This was a frustrating stay. The walls are so thin that there is absolutely no privacy; noise from neighboring rooms carries through constantly. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was no attempt to accommodate concerns or make the experience better. I would not recommend staying here.
