The bathroom tub was filthy. Gross black mold and every surface covered in layers of soap scum. No washcloths provided. Tried contacting owner via phone and email with no response. Place smelled musty. Dining chair unusable as front right leg wobbly.

Vernon condo decent but overpriced for the noise

Condo is updated, inviting, and clean. The noise from the upstairs neighbors is wild. When they go up and down their stairs the entire house shakes. They had people up late on the weekend, so sleeping was difficult to say the least. The condo is a bit difficult to find at first as the parking lot forces you to walk around the entire building and there are not marking standing out very well signifying the building. Other than that the location is great, condo is nice, and the community is quiet and inviting. Was there for one week for a work trip during the fall.

Evolve was difficult to work with and the owner was very slow to respond to them. While the pictures look beautiful, it was not clean and many things are broken. It gets very cold at night and the thermostat cuts to low temps after 9pm. They did place space heaters all around I’m assuming for guest use but they did not help much. Our children were cold. Not much linen provided at all, even though we indicated we were a large group at reservation, 3 towel for 7 people. 1 extra blanket. Wifi did not work, wrong codes in welcome email. Support was non existent, didn’t answer the phone when we called, didn’t reply to emails, finally to text but when we sent pictures of all the issues they stopped responding. Still waiting for resolution that they promised. Beautiful area, could be a great stay with actual cleanliness ( mold in shower, oven dirty, sheets dirty and fixing the furniture/mattresses and HEAT.
