Traveling together doesn't mean giving up your own space! Whether you're visiting for golf, skiing, a wedding, or a getaway with family and friends, The Canopy makes it easy for everyone to feel at home.



Our thoughtfully renovated, 4-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to 10, with two separate living areas, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and all the little extras that make traveling easier.



Tucked into the treetops in a private end-unit setting, we're minutes from Mountain Creek, Crystal Springs, Minerals Spa, and Warwick, NY.

All bedrooms have blackout shades for a great night's sleep.



**Two Living Rooms = Room to Spread Out**



**Important:** The Canopy is located in a gated community that strictly limits each reservation to **2 vehicles. Additional parking passes are not available.** Please plan accordingly if traveling as a group.



Upstairs, relax by the gas fireplace with forest views and access to the private balcony. Downstairs, enjoy a second living area with a large smart TV, arcade games, board games, and a kids' couch.



Perfect for two families, multigenerational trips, golf groups, or friends who want to spend time together without being on top of each other.



☕ Fully Stocked, So You Can Pack Less



We know it's the little things that make a stay comfortable!



**Kitchen:** Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, spices, cooking essentials, dishwasher, and even a waffle maker.



**Coffee & Tea:** Drip coffee maker, French press, pour-over setup, and tea kettles. We provide a starter selection of coffee pods, tea, sugar, and creamer. No filters needed for larger coffee pot.



**Bathrooms:** Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper.



**Everyday Essentials:** Bed linens, towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, and starter paper towels.



**Entertainment:** Smart TVs, arcade games, board games, and plenty of room to unwind.

- Just 4 steps to the main level, and about 100 yards from parking

- Gated community with self-check-in

- **Maximum 2 vehicles per reservation; no additional parking passes available from the gatehouse. (community rule, not mine!)** Some guests have found success parking additional vehicles at the hotel

- Primary renter must be 25+

- No smoking, vaping, parties, or events

- Exterior front-door security camera

- Dogs must be leashed outdoors - there is lots of wildlife!
