this floor.

There is semi-finished ground floor/basement with 85" TV and oversized sofa that can be used by guests as media or game room. Recently built full bathroom is on this level (3rd full bathroom). This space has direct access to the patio and grill area.

Boathouse is part of the property and it has a one bedroom apartment above that might be rented as well if arranged ahead of time. The boathouse ground floor stores all kinds of lake toys that are available for use - kayaks, paddle boards, floats, water mat, fishing poles, and such. (Sorry our jet boat is not available for use ).

Guest access
First and second floor, semi-finished basement, yard, patio, dock; boathouse (1 bedroom apartment) also available per request and additional fee.

Other things to note:

Life jackets available at the boathouse - please use all the toys responsibly.

Parking in front fits 2 regular size cars. Additional public spots available across the street.

Be aware of the stairs - there are around 30 steps to the main house and additional 30 to the dock/boathouse.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE BUT 307 OR PUBLIC PARKING.

PLEASE DO NOT PULL IN FRONT OF 305 GARAGE.

WE DO NOT HAVE A DRIVEWAY - IF YOU USE OUR NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY - ITS CONSIDERED TRESPASSING.
