The staff were rude and unprofessional. They were not accommodating, and I was charged a $310 deposit but only received $300 back with no clear explanation for the missing $10. Overall, this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Canada. I would not recommend this place and definitely will not be coming back.

I was wondering why we are charged 2x for the tax. Expedia charge me and when i checked in the hotel charged me again for the tax. I asked the front desk and they said that the website should not charged me but i showed them my online purchase that I was charged and still the motel charged me again. I dont know which one should be charging us for the tax? Or they really charged you twice so next time better check the site and the place you are staying in before booking.

One of the rooms (#116), that we had booked was in terrible condition. Looked like it had never been upgraded. in the bathroom, there was exposed pipes and a hole in the wall. Second room we booked (#109) had been upgraded but the bathroom tub/shower had no grab bars and very high sides so treacherous for seniors. There was no shampoo or soap provided. We were told to bring an ice bucket to get ice at front desk. There were no ice buckets in the room. The pool was dirty. The front desk clerk was surly, not friendly at all. The furniture outside the room was extremely worn & cigarette scarred. I would not recommend the motel.
