The hotel is easy to find, lots of restaurants around and walkable. The bed is comfortable and lots of pillows. It has a mini fridge and microwave, it’s too bad it doesn’t have a safe The staff are very friendly

We stayed one night while passing through Vernon. Our stay was fine; room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Staff friendly. Good location. We were on the street side of the hotel and it was quite noisy all night with traffic and sirens. Earplugs are recommended. Hallway carpets could use a cleaning. The breakfast was basic; egg and sausage patties rubbery and bland (likely heated in microwave). Some flavoured coffee creamers and hot chocolate would have been nice. Overall it was a decent place.

The staff here was incredible. This is a great hotel for the cost you pay. It is dated and you can hear a bit of noise so earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper.

Generally good. shower needs a bathmat as it is easy to fall. Pool/hottub room is not as easy to enter as it could be. Facility was in a convenient location and quiet. Plenty of hot water.
