As of March 2026, The Appalachian started a garage renovation project and also includes the small parking area up top. The garage will still be open during this project. In the months ahead, the community will also be upgrading several exterior surface areas, including the spaces behind the building near the pool, both entrances, and the areas surrounding the property along Route 94.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. We had a great time! This was our second time staying at this resort and it is definitely worth it. The waterpark next door is super fun and you can find cheaper tickets for it on groupon. We love staying here and will absolutely be back!

Amazing place

Our place was exactly as listed. It was well equipped and so clean and sleek. Gerry made the check in process so easy and the communication was top notch. The thoughtful touches with the bottled water and snacks as well as the toiletries were outstanding. Def would stay again.

Nice Condo

Great spot. We weren't there for skiing, but to visit nearby relatives. The unit was nicely redone, clean and fairly priced. Parking was super. The owner was great to deal with. The building itself needs some attention, and our particular hallway was stuffy and had a pervasive odor.
