Great staff and help!

I had to change hotels and was helped with my baggage before my room could be ready. -9 am. I had to leave for work so could not stay or come back after check-in. The staff held my belongings and moved them to my room for me.

Decent cheap accom in Vernon

It's "okay". Room had a little kitchenette which was good but it didn't have much in it. The pool is closed. The breakfast isn't too great, could have healthier cereal (only fruit loops and frosted flakes) and needs a better toaster. There isn't enough seating for the number of people staying. They use disposable cutlery (but kudos for real plates). Rooms are surprisingly quiet despite being right next to the Wendy's drive thru!
