Very hard bed. Both wife and I woke with sore backs both mornings. In room coffee was lacking. Tried two bags per cup and still was very weak. Restaurant was out of many choices. We ate elsewhere. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Parking was good. Overall not bad but probably spend my money elsewhere next time.

Roon was clean , laundry was clean, didn’t eat so can’t say much for restaurant, I found the front desk, clerk, lack of friendliness, also when I checked out, I’m not sure if it was the same clerk seemed to me it was, but I asked for the paper pouch. The key cards were in, if I could keep it, she said that they needed it. I also asked about the security deposit. I got a vague response.

We booked and paid for a suite with full kitchen. We had stayed at this hotel before in a suite. They bumped us at chk in to a double queen with no kitchen. They said they overbooked a hockey group who bought all suites they had. We were reimbursed 50% of what we paid. We will not return again

The parking lot was half full of shipping containers for storage for the renovation so there was nowhere to park. The front desk staff were great, and the room was very nice.

A good stay

The location was excellent for moving around Vernon - we stayed there for 2 days and the access to necessary travel roads was awesome. The room was great - clean, well furnished - but we found the room short on towels and accessories (toilet paper).
