We have stayed here multiple times and never had a bad experience. This one however was awful. Our tv wasn’t working Dillion who was working was phenomenal and tried even got us into a different room and even that tv wasn’t working. We dealt with a tv for 5 days that wouldn’t respond and shut off randomly. It seems they need to upgrade their equipment. Also when my husband was showering the water completely turned off for 5-10 min and the came back on. Like I said we’ve never had a bad experience until this and this one was a doozy. The staff tried to accommodate but it was out of their hands

Overall this was a good place to stay for a couple of nights, but there were a few drawbacks. The pillows were of a flimsy poor quality and didn't give enough head support. The bed was comfortable though, not too firm, or too soft. The room temperature was good once we adjusted the thermostat. The bathroom in the room is right next to the bed and if anyone gets up in the night, it is hard not to disturb other sleepers. The pool was not warm, but the hot tub was nice. The breakfast was okay. Powdered Eggs, and prepackaged pastries weren't too appetizing, but they did have oatmeal, muffins, waffles, boiled eggs, fruit and sausage. There was plenty of parking. The elevator floor was always dirty because people would come wet from the pool and then others tracked dirt onto the wet floor. Our location in the hotel was quiet which we really appreciated. If the price is right, we would likely stay here again.

We rented three rooms for a swim/hot tub trip. The pool and hot tub were not working. Heat in room was not working, had to pack and move rooms after unpacking, water pressure was poor in shower and breakfast had a hair in the eggs. Rooms were clean and nice, lobby was nice. We had a poor experience and would not recommend staying here. I asked for a late checkout which seemed very difficult so I asked for a manger (Alex) who was extremely dismissive and not interested in talking with me at all or helping even after all the issues we had. Extremely poor manager and amenities.

The front desk staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all. The air freshener scent when you walk in the front door was so absolutely horrible it made me want to run back outside. The elevator was filthy and constantly had puddles in it from the pool. I would not stay here again.
