The location was convenient for what I was doing. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Room was nice but had a dirty towel hanging on the back of bathroom door and cobwebs and dust in lampshades.

What we liked best was eating breakfast for free at JBs right next door. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. However, we did not get clean bed linens the entire 5 nights we were there. We did get clean bath linen on request, which we needed. The staff was friendly when we saw them. We really liked the staff at JBs restaurant, right next door. We were there to attend a conference--when a meal wasn't provided we ate at JBs==good food, good service. They gave us a gift certificate for next year when my husband at least will be there. The cost was a bit pricy, but it is a conference that fills up all the lodgings in town, so we understand that. Motel would be much improved with a refresh.

We had to to wait 15 minutes each time to check in and check out for the desk clerk to clerk the desk. There was a sign in the lobby visible to guests that said “Fuckery will not be tolerated”. Room door did not lock. No Smoke Detector in room. - an unpleasant experience.

Firm matresses, good sized rooms. Its an older hotel and has been going through updates. Breakfast is not served, a discount is sometimes given for a nearby JBs restaurant instead. The only thing that was odd was being pushed out before the 11am checkout time. We had to drive to slc for an evening flight so we were just hanging out, killing time, and we had a knock on the door with someone trying to get us to leave and make 11 am more urgent than it was. This was before 10 am. We felt like we were being pushed out. If they don't mean 11 am for checkout they need to change thwir policy to earlier than 11.

This was a convenient location, clean room, and kids loved the pool. The pull-out bed in the couch (which we needed because there were 6 of us) left something to be desired, but overall the experience was great and we were very pleased!

Unfortunately they were repaving the parking lot when we arrived. No one told us it would be for all 4 days we were there or even acknowledged it. We could not park in the parking lot the entire time. Paving woke us up every morning and went on until dark. Our room was stifling because the AC unit is hidden behind a closet and we had to ask for a fan to move air. We couldnt open the window because of paving and other guests. There was a designated smoking area w chairs set up right outside our room and every night there was a loud group of men drinking and smoking fir hours. Why in the world do they not designate an area away from guest rooms?? Our room smelled like smoke too. The room definitely needs a deep clean and time to toss out some of the stained towels. Maybe paving indicates theyre going to give some attention to those things. But I'm disabled and having to park a block away way very inconvenient.

I ended up getting a third room in addition to the two I had booked. That room was nice. The two I originally booked were not. They did upgrade my daughter’s room because her door didn’t lock. That was also nice. Mine however looked nothing like the pictures. There were stains all over the carpet and dust built up on the baseboards. I paid for this trip and ended up in one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I have pictures and a video of the room. I’m not sure if I can trust Expedia and the pictures of the properties after this. I know for sure I will never stay at this place again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear. The pool was nice and so were the upgraded room and the more expensive one. But for me, this dump of a room really put a damper on the family trip I planned. I am glad my family didn’t have to stay in a room like mine, but it still sucked for me!
