Horizon Hotel provided a good bed and shower for the night. The bathroom was functional but needed some attention. London was a very helpful host. I would stay again because the price was right.

The room was extremely hot due to the ac being off ( broken ) . Went o went to complain to the desk lady. All she said was sorry for the inconvenience and didn't offer a credit fir the issue or even an effort to try to fix the ac in the room. I had to sleep all night with the humed bedroom. Please people don't stay in this hotel anymore.

The room was a decent size and the beds weren't too bad - a little firmer than I like, but not bad. We only met one person who handled the front desk and breakfast, but she was very nice. Breakfast was okay too. Fresh waffles and you could cook your own real eggs (not a powdered scramble). It was a continental style with various packaged breakfast cards, some fruit, yogurt, applesauce, and a decent variety of drinks - hot and cold. The kids loved the indoor pool which was a decent size. They also had multiple balls and pool noodles to use.

They tried, bedding was clean, but the obvious mold around the top of the shower grossed me out. Netflix thru my own account was the only TV available. Breakfast wasn’t great, yogurt and oatmeal. Definitely glad I didn’t pay more. Will definitely spend more on a hotel if I return to this place.

We got to our room and there was a poo filled toilet. We were able to change rooms but the room they changed us to had the smoke detectors removed and there was splatters on the walls and burn marks on the ground. The hotel staff was pleasant but I’m not giving them full stars as they promise ice cream upon check in but it was never offered.
