GPS kept directing us to a shopping mall and not to the motel. We had to stop and find someone that knew where the place was located. Good night's sleep but breakfast was nothing to talk about. No coffee cups in the dining room so could not have a cup of coffee we were told that they ran out of cups.

When we checked in, the front desk young lady was very polite professional and helpful. However when we checked out there seemed to be no one in the hotel. Breakfast was scheduled at 6-9. We went down and 6:30, 7:30, and 8:00 and all the lights were off. There were 8 or 9 confused guests wandering around the lobby. An empty coffee dispenser was sitting on a table. When you called the front desk, a recording said they were assisting other customers. It appears several people must not have shown up for the morning shift. We left and went out for breakfast.

Hotel was spotless, very quiet, and had a great breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and we have literally no complaints! Everything was smooth from beginning to end. I loved how you could open the windows for fresh air and that we had sheep across the street we could watch. Highly satisfied!!

I had two rooms on the second floor. One room had a musty odor, possibly from the shower curtain. The other room had a broken window, repaired by two pieces of plexiglass, plus the bathroom door had holes in it, repaired by a piece of wood. We did laundry only to find out the dryer's heat was turned down so low that after 45 minutes 8 t-shirts were still not dry.

I liked convenience of parking. I didn't like getting ADA room (I did not request), Not being able to change room because I booked through Expedia, cruddy bathrooms, cruddy windows, 2nd floor has shredded carpets in hall, slow elevator. We wanted to leave but no way to get money back. Won't stay here again! Probably won't use Expedia again either. This isn't first time I've had problems at this Hotel with Expedia getting involved or booked through.
