This is a great rental and great location for easy access to Lake Erie. Delivered everything it says. Fisherman need to know that you will need to find fish cleaning in the area and a place to freeze your fish.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Better than a hotel room with nice views, atmosphere for a night but the lack of adequate hot water for a decent shower was disappointing. It also appeared there was a fire pit in the pics but there was not. Vermillion is a very lovely town with shops and restaurants very close to the tiny home. Also, beware there is a nearby train that runs through the night. Didn’t bother us too much but could be problematic for a light sleeper.
