No directions on how to get in the property. I sent the host a message never to respond unless it was to tell them someome else tried to help me. And they didnt loke that. But couldn't help me get in at 10pm in 9 degrees with a kid and dog standing out in that. phone number isn't correct to call. I honestly wouldn't recommend this to anyone ever. By far the worst experience ive ever had!!
