The communication with management is extremely difficult. If you have any issues, they tell you to talk to management. Management cannot be reached. It’s not good to have such a barrier to solving problems.

Cheap rates with good value for the money. Not glamours or in a great neighborhood, but-The room was adequate, the bed comfortable, and the water hot. Check in was professional and I received help with a taxi upon checkout. I've paid more for a lot less

Stay away from that place fault advertising .

First of all, Hotels.com should be an investigation into the hotels that they show on the website. The place is absolutely deplorable, horrible bedbug infested holes in the mattresses and the blankets dirty and extremely noisy. They should pay people to stay there.
