The beds were comfortable. Front desk wasn’t staffed adequately. Long lines. Some staff seemed happy and interested in helping, most others were just there doing their job without a helpful attitude. There wasn’t any AC in the lobby so waiting in line to check in was miserable. This was also the breakfast area so it was uncomfortable while trying to have breakfast. Breakfast items were average.

al llegar nos atendio una recepcionista amable pero no se percato que estaba ocupada la habitacion del segundo piso y fue muy incomodo, ya que abrimos y estaban todas las cosas des huesped salimos de inmediato y al bajar a la recepcion nos atendio otra recepcionista muy mal encarada le comentamos que cuanto seria la diferencia por una vista al mar y elevo el costo dos veces, incomodos pero regresamos a la habitacion asignada del 3 piso y todo bien por que ya no solicitamos mas atencion para no pasar una mala estacia, la comida del buffete rica, la alberca limpia y las toallas limpias, el area de playa tambien muy limpio, si regresaria.
