Nice clean hotel, beautiful ocean views, beach front property, great staff, poolside food and cocktail drinks tasted awful also very expensive. Pool area is very nice but there aren't any fun activities for guests, they need to have music, organize games for guests to enjoy the day at the pool.

The family traveled together and we all stayed at the hotel. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely include the breakfast option with your room. It is worth it! Delicious with a large variety of breakfast items! We enjoyed the beach views and rooms with balconies. The adults liked having shopping close by, as well as a variety of restaurants. We loved the pool and the beach! We all enjoyed being about to stroll along the Boulevard. We'll be back!

The location is good, we stayed to assist a event on the World Trade Center Veracruz and it was really close by, with malls near by as well. However the hotel is not clear when we booked it stated breakfast was included However at the place they told us that the included breakfast was only tea and bread. We opted to have breakfast outside most of the days since we would have to pay it anyway. The rooms were clean but you can hear the outside noise. The staff is nice the valet parking and the parking on site is really safe.
