Issues with the hotel: •The shower had ants crawling on the shower head and cracks in the wall. •The door was getting stuck when trying to close it. •My coworker, who was supposed to be staying in another room, was not able to check in, and ended up having to stay at a different hotel entirely. These conplaints aren't necessarily the hotel's fault, but still a nuisance: •Kids running up and down stairs, screaming. Also of mention was the kid's use of the hot tub, which, at that age, I doubt had the mental or physical capacity to refrain from " doing their business" in the water. It would have been nice to have enjoyed that amenity. •People who appaeared to be on some sort of drugs, smoking cigarettes outside my door to the corridor, so every time the A/C unit came on, it sucked the smoke into my room. Fortunately, this is a slight step above the worst hotel stay of my life, where i was physically assaulted in an unprovoked attack by a clearly-disturbed homeless man. So you get 2 stars instead of one.

Waited in front office staff to check me in. There was no one in the office. It smelled like cigarette smoke while walking to my room. There were people smoking standing outside of their rooms. Hotel room so small. It barely fit the queen bed with the two night stands.
