While in route to the hotel I called and asked if I could have a little early check-in. Spoke with Amanda who said yes I could check in after one or 1:15 PM, and she would note it on my reservation. We arrived at 1:20 PM. Michelle was at the register and told us it would be an additional $30 to check in early as 4 PM is the regular check in time. When we explained that we were not given that information, Michelle said I cannot let you in before 2 PM without charging you an extra $30. So we either had to wait for 40 minutes, which was ridiculous, pay the extra money, or leave without checking in, because we had plans it was Thanksgiving. We did inform Michelle that at the very least, the extra charge should’ve been informed to us, which it had not been. Plus, Michelle was relentless and rather cold. We decided to stay and wait, only to find that there was a problem with the bathroom, a dirty tub, and mold all over the ceiling, which was affecting me. Michelle did give us another room which was much better, but all of that made us very late, because it wasn’t until after 2:30 by the time we were able to leave. I chose this hotel because I’ve stayed there before, my family had a wedding party and we never had any problems like this.

The I got king bed room. Then after 2 hrs being there. I felt the carpet all wet from the ac. Then open the binds and part of the carpet on the wall came off and had mold around it. I felt sick that I had to breath that in for about 2 hrs. I told the front desk an. All they did was move me to another room upstairs with the same size. Could have atless upgrade to a suit or comp the room. But they didn’t. Also the room wasn’t clean well. Fries on the side of the bed n a pill by the couch. Lucky my son was there and could have put that in his mouth thinking it’s candy. So not well experience there. Wasn’t work the money.
